If your property is a Freehold property, there is no head lease. If your property is a Leasehold, you will have a Head Lease. You can obtain the Head Lease from your solicitor, mortgage provider or download a copy on the Land Registry (www.landregistry.gov.uk) for a small fee.
You should have been emailed this from your solicitor when the property completed
Includes utility bill/ bank statement/ credit card statement/ council tax bill/ HMRC issued tax notification/ valid UK driving licence.
Payments to a Non-UK bank account will incur a £24 monthly charge.
